An Interview With Miss Montgomery by Dale Pierce
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Where were you trained to wrestle?
MM: I am being trained at SAW's wrestling school "Divine Academy"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Your debut?
MM: I debuted with Slam All Star Wrestling (SAW) on July 30th 2005 in Rutland Vermont on the side of the Green Mountain Grappler.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Now do you do both wrestling and managering/valet work?
MM: Mostly I manage/valet. But I'm working on getting my skills up enough to wrestle in the ring.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: For what promotions have you wrestled?
MM: So far, because of my location, I only work for SAW. But I hope once I can wrestle I'll be getting bookings in other companies.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Your webpage?
MM: www.missmontgomeryonline.iwarp.com /
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Favorite moves?
MM: "The Last Cheer" (Diamond Cutter) and a tilt a world take over.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Have you had any major injuries since starting in wrestling?
MM: As a matter of fact, I have. Nothing that stopped me for long but I have. I hit my neck on the top rope once, landed on my shoulder while flipping, and re-broke my nose.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: What attracted you to wrestling to begin with?
MM: The style, and energy. Esp people like Eddie, god rest his soul.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: What wrestlers did you admire before getting into wrestling?
MM: Cowboy Bob Orton, Terry Funk, Lita, Trish Stratus, Eddie, Benoit. There are a lot more, but those are a few of the ones that stick out off hand.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: What are your interests outside of wrestling?
MM: I love singing and having a good time. I'm pretty average though, and enjoy reading and horse back riding.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Future plans?
MM: I'd like to become a singer someday, people seem to think I'd make a good living off that. But I'd love to make wrestling my main money maker.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Has wrestling been what you anticipated it to be and are you happy being involved?
MM: I am very happy to be where I am today, I have made more friends then I first thought I would. And I really enjoy the mental and physcal aspects of it. I know for a fact my life would be much different without wrestling.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: What other wretslers in your area are really worth watching?
MM: Jon Thornhill has some great talent and is a good friend backstage, I'd say watch out for him. Alex Chamberlain, Nocturne, Marcus Hall. I've seen some other great talent but to be honest I can't remember their names.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Any interesting behind the scenes or in ring stories to tell?
MM: I'm a real big tom boy backstage, and most of the time, I'm just another one of the boys. There is one thing I just can't stop laughing about though. My last show I was in the womans meeting in the same locker room as the guys, right behind one of our female wrestling talents was a guy in nothing but a towel, he was changing right in front of us. I've never seen him in the locker room before, but I didn't think guys were that open in the biz.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Anything else to touch on that we did not cover?
MM: Not that I know of.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DP: Closing comments?
MM: I want to thank you for this interview, and I'd like to say that if it wasn't for Alexzandra our women's booker, our division wouldn't be as great as it is!
