Last night in Rutland, Vermont Alexzandra aka Alexzandra Heiress GLORY Girl and Vermont Wrestling's Leading Lady became a 2 time Slam All-Star Wrestling (SAW) Women's Champion. She wrestled for the first time in a hardcore style match against her sister-in-law and fellow GLORY Girl Demonica who became champion by default since the Women's Champion Amber was a no show.
I am so happy for Alexzandra since it has been a while since she has wrestled instead just managing her husband Maxx Burton and being a booker for the Women's Division of SAW. She has become such a great friend to me and I congratulate her!

Slam All-Star Wrestling makes another president, Women's Hardcore!
On Saturday, November 5th, S.A.W. presented "Marble City Meltdown." This evening saw many a great match featuring the top stars of the company. We were to see an S.A.W. Women's title defense by the champion, Amber against former champion, Demonica. Due to Amber no showing the event and not fulfilling her obligation, the championship committee stripped her of the title. Demonica was then awarded the title via default.
The now 2-time champion addressed the crowd on how she felt Amber was a coward for not showing to face her. Demonica would then proclaim herself the "Queen of Vermont." This news did not sit well with Alexzandra, who made her way to the ring. Alexzandra called Demonica on her attitude and reminded her of June 26th 2004, when Alex defeated Demonica to become the first ever Women's Champion in the state of Vermont. This memory was not something Demonica wanted to be reminded of. Alex suggested the 2 of them do it again, No-Holds- Barred for the title. Demonica refused until the crowd began to thwart the now champion with "chicken" chants. Demonica then accepted and the match was on.
Right off the start, Alex took control with a clothesline and went right to the cat fight. Demonica rolled to the floor where she took control as she through Alex into the guard rails at ringside and utilized the ring apron to her advantage. Back in the ring, the champion grabbed a metal tray, but missed a shot on Alex. The challenger grabbed a tray of her own and the women swung wildly at eachother until Alex busted her tray over Demonica's head for a 2 count. Demonica retaliated with a tray shot to Alex's back. Demonica would grab her trustee whip and begin to chokeout the challenger. Alex broke the hold and grabbed the whip for herself. After a few cracks to Demonica's back, Alex sent her in for a "Stinger Splash" in the corner. Alex snap-mared The Demon over and hit another tray shot to the back.
Out to the floor they went again as Alex tasted another guardrail. As Demonica jaw-jacked with the fans, Alex grabbed her favorite weapon, the paddle, and nailed Demonica in the gut. Back in the ring they went, where Demonica once again took over. Demonica would comeback and deliver a few cracks of the whip to Alex's back. The champion hit her infamous top rope walking lariat for a count of 2. The champion, now frustrated, set a tray on the mat. As Demonica set up Alex for her "Pandora's Box," the challenger cut her off and hit her finiser "Faded Glory" on the tray for the 3. Alexzandra had become a 2-time Women's Champion to a standing ovation from the crowd. Her husband, Maxx Burton, ran to the ring to check on her and celebrate. This was the first time 2 women in this company went at it hardcore style for this crowd.
Congratulations to the new champion. Will Demonica be back? Only time will tell. Joey LaRocque reporting.
