-The show opened with footage of Bobby Lashley winning the ECW Title at the PPV ... They cut to the WWE.com promo by Paul Heyman from after the PPV. Heyman, sweating profusely and with tears streaming down his face, talked about Big Show taking ECW from a bingo hall promotion to a global phenomenon. He talked about Lashley-Show for the title tonight.
1 -- ROB VAN DAM & C.M. PUNK vs. TEST & HARDCORE HOLLY
RVD had a bandage over his eye from being cut in the Elimination Chamber match. Punk had bandages over his right shoulder and both writs. Before the heels came out, RVD took the mic and said Paul Heyman was responsible for the crap that Sabu went through at the PPV. He dedicated their match to Sabu. Test came out favoring his ribs. Hardcore Holly came out with a bandage over his right elbow. Styles said Heyman was distraught after the results of the PPV and he was sent home. Styles then said Heyman was sent home earlier in the day. The heels worked on RVD for the opening three minutes before RVD caught Holly with a spin kick to the air around Holly's face. Punk took the hot tag and cleared Test to the outside. He then slipped out of the Alabama Slam and went for a roll up into the urinagi. He applied the Anaconda Vice, but Heyman's henchmen jumped him, causing a DQ. Sabu made the save with his left arm in a sling. Sabu cleared the henchmen with chair shots. Punk then dropped one with the urinagi and applied the Vice. RVD came off the top with a Five Star frog splash and Sabu finished him off with a top rope Arabian facebuster. All three posed in the ring. The crowd was hot for this.
WINNERS: RVD & Punk via DQ in 4:00.
-Daivari was in the ring screaming at the camera out of the break. He wanted Tommy Dreamer again. Daivari then showed footage of Dreamer taking the two-hand chokeslam by Khali after the Daivari-Dreamer match. Dreamer limped out holding his left arm close to his chest. He had bandages over his left elbow and Styles said his ribs were ravaged.
2 -- DAIVARI vs. TOMMY DREAMER
Daivari didn't waste any time going after the ribs. Dreamer, with his shirt ripped, made a big comeback with rapid-fire right hands. Daivari tried to counter a DDT, but Dreamer caught him with a DDT for the win. Afterward, Great Khali sauntered to the ring. Dreamer didn't see him as he tried to catch his breath against the ropes. Khali stepped into the ring and ran him over with a clothesline. Daivari slipped a chair into the ring and Khali gave him the two-hand slam onto the chair.
WINNER: Dreamer in 2:00.
-Styles and Tazz talked about ECW being on Saturday night next week rather than on Tuesday. Styles then hyped the Lashley-Show main event ... Big Show stood menacingly backstage in front of the ECW backdrop. Show said Lashley did not beat him in the Chamber match. He said Lashley cannot beat him one-on-one and he would beat him to within an inch of his life ... Kelly Kelly walked out for her match against Ariel looking very scared. Styles and Tazz talked about Mike Knox walking out on her at the PPV. They showed footage, then cut back to Kelly, who was biting her nails.
3 -- KELLY KELLY vs. ARIEL (w/Kevin Thorn)
Classic cheerleader vs. freak match-up. Kelly bailed to the apron after Ariel did her intro. The referee then tossed Thorn from ringside. Ariel seductively removed her hand gloves, then Kelly hesitantly stepped into the ring. Ariel tackled her and choked her near the ropes. Kelly tried to cover up on right hand blows, then Ariel stopped her attack at four. She screamed at the ref, then Kelly rolled her up from behind for the surprise win. Nice. After the match, Mike Knox walked out in a suit with red roses. He then got on one knee in center ring. He said he made a huge mistake. Kelly stood with her arms crossed while shaking her head. Knox begged Kelly to forgive him. She shook his hand from about twenty feet away. Knox then approached Kelly and his voice turned angry. He screamed at her that he should have walked out on her long ago. Knox said a guy like him could never be with someone like her. He started to leave, but turned back around and threw the roses at Kelly. He grappled her in center ring, paused, then give her the Idolizer. Tazz called Knox a bastard, then he threw down his headset and walked into the ring, but Knox had already left. Referees and Tazz stood over Kelly to check on her while the fans showered Knox with boos.
WINNER: Kelly in 1:00.
-Styles announced the Saturday night timeslot for next week again. Big Show walked out for the title match. Lashley then came out with the ECW Title around his waist.
4 -- LASHLEY vs. BIG SHOW -- ECW Title match
They exchanged right hand blows with each man gaining and losing control within the first minute. Show caught Lashley with a sidewalk slam to begin his offensive attack. Lashley fought back with forearm blows to the left shoulder, but Show cut him off again. In a big pre-commercial spot, Lashley went for a scoop slam out of nowhere, but Show fell on top of him for a pin attempt that Lashley easily kicked out of. Show drooled as he knelt over Lashley's body before they cut to a break. They showed footage from during the break when Show slammed Lashley into the ring barrier. Back live in the ring, Show worked on Lashley's back. Lashley made a comeback and speared Show in the left knee. Show kicked out at one on successive pin attempts. He then ran over Lashley with a hard clothesline to regain control. Lashley suddenly went for a slam again, but Show blocked with a forearm blow to the back. He then went for a suplex, but Show suplexed him. Lashley ran over Show with a hard clothesline, then he set up for the spear in the corner. Show caught him with a chokeslam, though. Lashley kicked out at two and the fans cheered while Show stared straight ahead in disbelief. Lashley then got a head of steam and momentum and executed the scoop slam on the third attempt. Show kicked out at two. Lashley delivered another clothesline, then stalked Show. He ran underneath Show, then ran up to Show and went for a fourth scoop slam. This time, he held him in air for a good three seconds to let the flashbulbs pop. Better landing. He then covered Show for the win.
WINNER: Lashley in 18:00 to retain the ECW Title.
